1. Shipping Zones & Rates
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Lyon, France. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Carriers
We work with premium carriers including DHL Express, UPS, Colissimo, and Chronopost to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
4. Customs & Duties
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
